Rights Respecting School

We are a happy, caring, safe and inclusive school where everyone is respectful, responsible and ready to learn and where everyone understands their rights and responsibilities under the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child.

We are proud to have met the standard for UNICEF UK’s Rights Respecting School Award at Silver: Rights Aware.

Teaching and learning about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is an integral part of children’s learning.

Children and adults work together to ensure we are a community that has equality, dignity, respect and non-discrimination at its core with the promotion of well-being being an expectation for all.

Children know their rights and are empowered to exercise their rights and to support the rights of others.
