Article 16
Children have the right to privacy.
Article 19
Children have the right of protection from all forms of violence, abuse, neglect or mistreatment.
Article 25
The treatment of children living away from home (e.g. in care, hospital or prison) should be checked regularly.
Article 32
Children must be protected from work that is dangerous or might harm their health or education.
Article 33
Children must be protected from the use of illegal drugs and associtaed trade.
Article 34
Children must be protected from sexual abuse and exploitation.
Article 35
Children must not be abducted or sold.
Article 36
Children must be protected from all forms of bad treatment or exploitation.
Article 37
Children must not be punished in a cruel or harmful way.
Article 38
Children have the right to protection and freedom from war. Children under 15 cannot be forced to go into the army or take part in war.
Article 39
Children have the right to help if they've been hurt, neglected, badly treated or affected by war.
