Rights are Universal and Unconditional

Article 1

All children have rights

NO OUTSIDERS

No child should be treated unfairly.

Article 4

Governments must do everything possible to make sure all children can enjoy their rights.

Article 22

Children who are refugees have the same rights as all other children, and these rights should be protected.

Article 42

All children should know their rights. Adults should know about these rights and help children to learn about them too.
